Check the basics - Are you connected to the internet? Try opening a website. - Look in your Outbox: a message stuck there usually means you're offline, or the attachment is too big. Most systems limit attachments to around 20โ25 MB; share large files with a link instead. - Check Junk / Spam, and any filtering rules you've set up. - Is your mailbox full? Empty Deleted Items and archive old mail.
Outlook - Close and reopen Outlook. - Check the bottom of the window says Connected, not Working offline or Disconnected. On the Send / Receive tab, make sure Work Offline isn't switched on. - Try webmail in a browser. If that works, the problem is with Outlook on this computer, so tell us that in your ticket.
